The Roseburg VA Medical Center has made changes in how patients can recognize their Primary Care Team.

A release said the teams have been set up in a standardized format and will remain consistent. To send a message, the patient should locate their Primary Care Team’s name in the drop-down menu to select the appropriate team. It is important to send the message to the patient’s team if assistance from the provider is needed.
