The Umpqua Valley Homebuilders Association has the Showcase of Homes returning this weekend.

The event runs Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Executive Officer Dana Lepre said builders, contractors, suppliers and other related businesses will be represented in this year’s line-up. Lepre said each location is full of creative ideas, innovative products and true quality craftmanship.

Tickets are available at any of the homes on the days of the showcase. Admission is $12 for adults or $10 with a donation of two cans of food. Canned food donations will be collected at any of the homes. They will support Feeding Umpqua.

There will be a passport contest and a people’s choice opportunity to vote in a number of categories.

A kickoff party for the weekend will be held at Bar Run Golf & RV Resort Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is sponsored by Brooke Communications, Bar Run Golf & RV Resort, Two Shy Brewing and Rolling Thunder Food Truck.
