COVID-19 CLAIMS 9 MORE LIVES, 784 NEW CASES REPORTED

COVID-19 has claimed 9 more lives, with 784 new cases reported in Oregon, as of Tuesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority said 297 people are currently hospitalized related to the virus statewide, with 36 of those in intensive care unit beds.

The new cases include:

*160 in Multnomah County

*113 in Washington County

*68 in Marion County

*55 in Clackamas County

Locally OHA said there were 42 new cases in Douglas County.
