Registration continues for the Umpqua Strong 9K/5K/Run/Walk.

The event will be Saturday September 24th at 8:00 a.m. at Wildlife Safari. It was created after the tragic events of October 1st, 2015 on the campus of Umpqua Community College.

$30 registration runs through September 5th, which includes a shirt. After that, the cost is $20 with no shirt provided. Kids 4-11 can participate for free, but must register in order to get a shirt. Those with a team of 3-24 people will get a 15 percent discount when registering. Teams of 25 people or more receive a 25 percent discount.
