A woman was placed on a police officer hold and taken to a hospital on Tuesday.

An Oregon State Police report said shortly after 4:00 p.m. the southbound motorist was called in for a driving complaint on Interstate 5 near the Cox Road/Elkhead interchange in north county. The driver exhibited signs of an emotional crisis. Adapt was called and the female was eventually taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center on the hold.
