In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music Off Central continues Thursday night at Central Park in Sutherlin.

The Sunshine Blues Band will be featured, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Several food trucks will have food and drinks available. There is a splash pad nearby in the park as well.
