Crews with the Roseburg Fire Department extinguished a shed fire Monday night.

Fire Marshal Brian Jewell said at about 8:15 p.m. RFD responded to a report of a structure fire near the corner of Southeast Icabod Street and Southeast Marsters Avenue. Jewell said firefighters put out a ten-foot by ten-foot wood shed that had caught on fire. The fire was determined to be accidently caused by discarded smoking material.

Jewell said no one was injured during the fire and damage to the shed was minor.
