One driver was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just before 11:30 a.m. a pickup and an SUV collided at the intersection of Fort McKay Road and Tyee Road in the Oakland area. The 87-year old pickup driver sustained injuries in the crash and was transported by ambulance to CHI Mercy Medical Center.

Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
