40TH ANNUAL GRAFFITI WEEKEND CONTINUES THROUGH SUNDAY

The 40th annual Graffiti Weekend continues through Sunday.

Saturday’s activities include:

*Rock N’ Rollin Pancake Breakfast presented by the Roseburg Optimist Club and Elmer’s Restaurant is at Melrose Vineyards on Melqua Road. The event runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

*39th annual Stray Angels Show-N-Shine presented by the Stray Angels Car Club is at Melrose Vineyards. The first 500 cars 1975 and older with no pre-registration and no entry fee. Registration is 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The show runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Limited spectator parking. Shuttle bus service is available from the corner of Southeast Rose Street and Southeast Washington Street in downtown Roseburg, and from Rite-Aid at the Roseburg Marketplace on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

*Corvette City Show-N-Shine & More is hosted by the Timberland Corvette Club, on Southeast Main Street and Southeast Jackson Street. It runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. $10 per Corvette, with spectator admission free.

*Antique Motorcycle Show-N-Shine is presented by the Elks Lodge on Southeast Jackson Street from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*Drag Races presented by the Pacific Racing Association are happening at the Douglas County Fairgrounds from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*40th annual Umpqua Flatheads Roseburg Graffiti Night Cruise presented by the Umpqua Flatheads Car Club is on Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Main Street from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Cruise entry is $10.

*Happy Days Sock Hop at the Buckaroo Barn on Northeast Stephens Street from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Hear Graffiti music on 104-5 SAM FM Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and simulcast on News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN.
