In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Actors Community Theatre has their summer musical back and bigger than ever. The Spongebob Musical will be on stage at Umpqua Community College’s Jacoby Auditorium beginning July 28th. It is presented by UACT and the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.

The show features original songs including Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Sara Bareilles, Lady A, Cyndi Lauper, and more. Shows are Thursdays through Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday afternoons at 2:00 p.m. and continue through August 7th. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.
