Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged assault incident on Sunday.

The RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. the 38-year old was arrested after he allegedly punched and kicked a victim, causing physical injury, at a business in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens. The suspect was charged with fourth-degree assault and for second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $8,750.
