Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged theft on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 25-year old suspect after he was called in for stealing shoes from a business in the 3100 block of Northeast Stephens. The man was cited for third-degree theft and was released on the scene.
