CAMPING AVAILABLE AT RAINBOW PLAZA IN REEDSPORT

A limited number of campsites will be made available starting July 1st at Rainbow Plaza on Water Avenue in Reedsport, adjacent to the Umpqua River waterfront. A City of Reedsport release said the campsites are for dry camping only and do not offer the use of water and electricity. Public restroom facilities are nearby at the Rainbow Plaza Boat Launch during daylight hours.

The release said the rules and regulations for the 2022 summer camping season have changed and are available at: https://www.cityofreedsport.org/, at City Hall and at the Reedsport Police Department. Sites cost $14 a night. Stays are limited to fourteen consecutive days in a 30-day period.

Reservations and site permits can be obtained at City Hall weekdays from 9:00 a.m. t0 5:00 p.m. Site permits can be obtained at the Reedsport Police Department after 5:00 p.m. weekdays and on weekends.
