A Roseburg man was jailed for a warrant, and cited for offensive littering, by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 6:30 p.m. the 30-year-old suspect’s vehicle was called in again across from the water treatment plant in the 3400 block of West Goodeck Lane. Trash was piled outside and inside the sedan, but the suspect claimed that someone had trashed his vehicle while he was gone.

Bail was set at $20,000.
