Roseburg Police cited one person in a hit-and-run incident on Southeast Pine Street early Wednesday morning.
Information from the RPD said that shortly before 4:30 a.m. a 27-year-old woman called to report that her ex-boyfriend, 22-year-old Sean Morgan drove his vehicle into her vehicle, striking her several times before fleeing the scene.
Officers arrived on scene and noted heavy damage to the driver side front fender of the victim’s vehicle.
Morgan was located at Templin Beach Park a short time later, and officers said the apparent damage to Morgan’s vehicle matched the damage on the victim’s vehicle.
Morgan was cited for 1st-degree criminal mischief, as well as a hit-and-run charge involving property damage.
He was released after the citation was issued.
