Roseburg Police jailed a man after a reported disturbance Monday night.

An RPD report said at 9:30 p.m. officers responded to a home in the 600 block of Northeast Meadow Avenue where a suspect had allegedly fired a shotgun in his driveway after an argument with his neighbors. 19-year old David Dubac wouldn’t answer his phone when officers called and refused to come out when police arrived.

The report said officers cleared the home and took Dubac into custody. An empty bullet casing was reportedly found in his pants pocket by jail staff. Dubac was charged with unlawful use of a firearm. A number of charges were added for warrants. Bail was set at $65,470.
