FROST ADVISORY FOR PART OF REGION

A Frost Advisory is in effect for parts of the region from 11:00 p.m. Monday through 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said minimum temperatures of 32 to 36 degrees will result in frost formation.

The Advisory area includes some inland locations in Douglas, Coos and Curry counties including Camas Valley, Glendale, Drain, Curtin and Yoncalla.

Forecasters said frost could damage or kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
