The Winston City Council will meet Monday night and has a varied agenda.

Councilors will have a Public Hearing on a proposed franchise agreement with Charter Communications. The Public Works and Community Development departments will offer reports. A number of resolutions will be considered.

The meeting will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers and will begin at 7:00 p.m.
