Roseburg Police cited a woman for reported harassment early Sunday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 a.m. a woman confronted another woman over talking to her boyfriend at a business in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. A third woman intervened and allegedly punched the first woman, which started a fight in the establishment.

The report said there were conflicting stories from both parties, but an independent witness claimed the third woman started the fight. The 26-year old was cited for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was released after the citation was issued.
