Roseburg Police contacted a suspicious man early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 1:15 a.m. the 41-year old was spotted in the 700 block of West Harvard Avenue. He was found to have a failure to appear warrant. The suspect was jailed for the warrant and for the original charges of aggravated theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Bail was set at $30,000.
