A teen was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

The RPD report said on April 20th, the 18-year old male allegedly charged at a teacher at Phoenix School in the 3100 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and yelled at him for nearly five minutes. The teen was cited and released at around 3:00 p.m.
