A 43-year old man was jailed for second-degree criminal trespass and for three different warrants by Sutherlin Police on Monday.

An SPD report said the suspect ran from an officer and hid under a porch in the area of Terrance and Fourth. The man was located later and taken into custody. The trespass charge was added because he was hiding under the porch of a residence that does not belong to him.

No further information was released by SPD.
