A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 5:50 p.m. the 49-year old returned to property in the 1700 block of Northwest Eden Street to retrieve a shed, after being evicted nine months ago.

The suspect was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and then was released.
