Roseburg Police cited a man on multiple charges following a traffic stop Monday night.

An RPD report said just before 10:00 p.m. an officer observed Tyler Greer allegedly operating a motorcycle without a license plate near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Renann Street. Greer pulled behind a business and the officer found him sitting on a curb next to his motorcycle.

The report said when the 34-year old man was given the reason for being stopped, the suspect refused to identify himself. Greer was detained for failure to carry and present, driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured and for failure to display plates. Greer was released and his motorcycle was towed away.
