Roseburg Police jailed a man after an unusual incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. officers responded to a report that Nickolas Kaisershot was inside Walmart in the 2100 block of Stewart Parkway after he had been trespassed. The 28-year old allegedly had a large knife and was reportedly stabbing a box of donuts with it. Officers told him to stop, but he refused. The suspect reportedly grabbed the knife and threw it on the ground after being challenged by officers.

Kaisershot was taken into custody and charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. He was held without bail.
