Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed two men after recovering a stolen vehicle on Sunday.

A DCSO report said about 7:00 p.m. a deputy observed a man he believed had warrants in a vehicle reported stolen, near the intersection of Old Highway 99 and Grange Road. Both the driver and the passenger were taken into custody. The driver claimed that he had recently purchased the pickup.

27-year old Dustin Williams was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony count of driving while suspended and for a parole violation. Williams was held without bail. The passenger was jailed for a number of warrants.
