Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at about 3:30 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 600 block of West Madrone Street for an intoxicated guest who kicked the door in to his room. The suspect was identified as 47-year old Dennis Sharp. Sharp allegedly refused to leave the property and threw a beer can across the parking lot when instructed to leave.

Sharp was jailed on second-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass, and for offensive littering. Bail was set at $8,750.
