A transient was jailed after a reported stolen vehicle was recovered near Speedway Road and Ingram Books in Green on Wednesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 7:30 p.m. a deputy located the pickup in a gravel lot and 40-year old Megan Osborne was in the vehicle. She was detained a short time later but wouldn’t answer questions. Dispatch said the suspect had two warrants for her arrest.

Osborne was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief and for warrants. Bail was set at $118,750.
