A fugitive was detained and cited following a traffic stop by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

The RPD report said just after 1:00 p.m. an officer saw the 37-year old woman driving northbound on Northeast Stephens Street. She was stopped on Northeast Hewitt Avenue and arrested for a warrant. The suspect was also cited for driving while suspended-misdemeanor. She was taken to the Douglas County Jail.
