On Saturday, a Dillard man was cited following an alleged past disorderly conduct incident.

A Roseburg Police report said officers followed up on a past bar fight in which a customer allegedly took a swing at a bouncer and issued a citation in lieu of custody for one of the suspects.

21-year old Elijah Wiegman was cited for second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and trespass, and for harassment. Wiegman was released after being cited.
