Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged harassment early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at about 1:15 a.m. the 44-year old suspect was contacted in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street. The report said the man punched a victim in the face on March 21st and fled the scene before officers arrived. He was charged with harassment and two probation violations.

The suspect was detained without bail.
