A fugitive was jailed by Roseburg Police on Monday night.

An RPD report said at about 11:30 p.m. officers contacted 30-year old Joshua Girard during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and confirmed that there were multiple warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident.

Girard was also cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. He was detained without bail.
