A Roseburg woman was jailed following an alleged disturbance Friday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 6:30 p.m. 51-year old Robyn Billington allegedly went onto a victim’s property in the 500 block of Delus Drive, south of Roseburg, with a machete and began cutting down trees and bushes. When the victim confronted the suspect, she reportedly began yelling at him, saying that he was squatting on private property and growing marijuana.

The report said Billington allegedly began swinging the machete around and ended up cutting the victim on the inside of his wrist when he tried to push her away. Billington was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, harassment, and for recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $65,000.
