A Roseburg woman was cited for an alleged harassment incident by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

The RPD report said just after 3:00 p.m. a woman was walking with her husband in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and the suspect thought the victim was chasing her. The 29-year old suspect allegedly picked up a rock and threw it at the victim. The rock hit the victim but she was not injured.

The suspect was cited for harassment and then was released.
