An Oakland man was cited for DUII/alcohol following a single-vehicle accident on Monday.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 2:30 p.m. the driver of an SUV drifted off Highway 138 West near Stump Ranch Lane in the Oakland area. The vehicle rolled after hitting the embankment. The 78-year old was extricated and transported to CHI Mercy Medical where a blood draw was made. The driver also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on another DUII charge. He was released after being cited.
