A man was jailed on Saturday for an alleged trespass incident.

A Roseburg Police report said the suspect allegedly broke a window and used it to enter the abandoned house in the 800 block of Southeast Kane Street. The 36-year old spent the night there and was found inside on Saturday just after 11:30 a.m.

He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, along with a parole violation. The suspect was detained without bail.
