2 people were cited following a report theft incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 8:00 p.m. a 26-year old man allegedly stole soap and shampoo from a store in the 400 block of Southeast Stephens Street. A 32-year old woman reportedly drove him away in her vehicle. Deputies found the pair at a business in Green.

The report said each person admitted to their part of the incident. The man was cited for third-degree theft and the woman was cited for a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. Both were released after the citations were issued.
