A Freezing Fog Advisory is in effect through 9:00 a.m. Thursday for central Douglas County.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said visibility of a quarter mile or less in freezing fog is expected.

Forecasters said that means hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and frost on bridges is likely. Very light accumulations are possible on roadways or surfaces in freezing fog.

Drivers should slow down and give 3 times as much space as normal between vehicles.
