TRANSIENT JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED “NO PANTS” INCIDENT

A transient was jailed following an alleged “no pants” incident on Tuesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said shortly after 10:00 a.m. several callers said the 34-year man was walking around inside the courthouse without any pants on. He was contacted and advised of disorderly conduct.

The report said additional calls came in with reports that the transient was still walking around without his pants on. The suspect was contacted again and taken into custody.

He was charged with 2nd degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. The transient was detained without bail.
