Roseburg Police jailed a man following an incident along the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 7:10 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year old at a business after he was allegedly chasing vehicles at a nearby intersection and threatening employees and customers at the location. The suspect allegedly refused to leave the property after being told to multiple times and fought with an officer when they attempted to take him into custody.

The report said after a brief struggle the man was detained and transported to Corrections. He was charged with resisting arrest and for 2nd degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $7,500.
