A fugitive was located and jailed by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. an officer contacted the 37-year old transient at his camp under the Stewart Park Drive Bridge, near the south entrance to the Roseburg VA. His warrant was confirmed and the items from his camp were booked into RPD for safekeeping.

The man was held without bail.
