Motorists in the Oakland area should watch for congestion in a construction area on Old Highway 99 through Friday.

Dan Latham from the Oregon Department of Transportation said contractors are hauling materials to the Oakland Bridge work zone. Latham said flaggers will provide traffic control as needed and most delays will be brief. Trucks will be entering and exiting the traffic lanes.
