Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment on Friday.

An RPD report said the 27-year old allegedly got into a verbal and physical argument with the victim over a child custody dispute, in the 400 block of West Ballf, just before 6:20 p.m.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
