A Roseburg man was jailed Thursday after allegedly making threats to kill a victim if she did not comply with his demands.

A Roseburg Police report said at 6:00 p.m. the 42-year old was upset due to personal issues with the victim. The incident took place in the 1400 block of Southeast Strong Avenue. The suspect was charged with coercion and menacing. Bail was set at $56,250.
