The Roseburg Regional Airport set a new record low temperature for the date, early Thursday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said it got down to 22 degrees. The previous record low for the date was 25, set in 1952. Lows are expected to gradually increase Friday and Saturday before climbing into the 40s as rain hits the area by early Sunday.
