A Winston man was cited for an alleged DUII incident early Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 1:00 a.m. the 25-year old was contacted during a traffic stop in the 900 block of West Harvard. During that contact he reportedly displayed signs of impairment. The suspect was charged with DUII alcohol, no operator’s license, and for driving uninsured.

The man was cited and then released. His vehicle was impounded by a tow company
