A Roseburg man was cited for the alleged theft of dental equipment, by Roseburg Police early Friday.

The RPD report said at 3:00 a.m. the 45-year old suspect was contacted at a business in the 1100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The report said the suspect had been hired as an afterhours cleaner at that business. He allegedly stole the equipment, valued at $1,200.

The suspect was cited for first-degree theft and then was released.
