COVID-19 has claimed 28 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,444, as of Thursday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 1,844 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 684,441.
OHA said the total number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 788, which is 12 more than on Wednesday. There are 147 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 2 more than on Wednesday.
The new cases include:
*300 in Multnomah County
*216 in Washington County
*156 in Marion County
*131 in Clackamas County
