A Roseburg man was jailed for an alleged burglary on Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 12:20 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard for the report of a burglary. Officers located the suspect in the area. An investigation revealed the 43-year old had allegedly stolen a $1,500 laptop from an employee only area. The man was charged with first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. Bail was set at $100,000.
