A Roseburg man was cited for alleged harassment by Roseburg Police on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 7:00 p.m. the 34-year old returned to a business in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens after previously being trespassed. The report said when the manager told the suspect that he needed to leave, the suspect spit in the other man’s face.

An officer found the suspect several block away and took him into custody. He was cited for harassment and for second-degree criminal trespass and released on the scene due to jail restrictions.
